    Booking
     
    All bookings are subject to minimum order amount of £100
     
    Orders are placed online at our website www.theveganbuffetcompany.com
    If for any reason you cannot order online, the orders can be placed at sales@theveganbuffetcompany.com
    Order confirmation
    Once the payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a formal confirmation and details of the order.
    Your web order will be acknowledged automatically by the website. This acknowledgement is not confirmation that we can deliver your order. We aim to confirm receipt of your order by email on the same day (during working hours) of our receiving your order. This order confirmation is our commitment to deliver the food listed at the time and address stated.
    Please ensure that these details are correct as we cannot accept any form of liability if we fulfil this order as per your instructions and it is not what you wanted or is not delivered to the correct address.

    Once you confirm your booking, it is secured. If you wish to cancel or amend the booking, you must contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply.
     
    Cancellations
    All orders are to be prepaid. Orders cancelled within 7 days of delivery will incur a 75% cancellation charge (*25% refund).
    Orders cancelled between 14 days and 8 days of delivery will incur a 10% cancellation charge (*90% refund).
    *Once we accept an order for a particular date it most likely means we will not accept further orders for that date.
     
    Payment options
    Payment can be made by PayPal or Card online.
    Invoicing
    All invoices will be emailed to the person placing the order or another nominated recipient (e.g. your accounts dept). Please ensure the invoice is made available to your accounts payable department to allow timely payment.
    Delivery
    The delivery is free within the allocated delivery radius.
    To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend for your order delivery time be at least half an hour before the time you wish it to be served.
    We will deliver your food to the premises and lay it out at the allocated area on trays and platters that we provide. We do not provide waiting and table service staff.
     
    Substitutions
    Substitutions may occasionally have to be made on the delivery day without notice, particularly for late or same day orders.
    Allergens Advice
    A list of allergens will be provided. The allergens in all items (as required by EU Food Information for Consumers Regulations 1169/2011) are displayed on our website.
    Additional information
    Disposable cutlery, plates and serviettes are included in the price.
     
    We are fully insured and registered with our local Environmental Health Authority. We have a 5 star hygiene rating.
